Day's End

Bothell-Tombstone.jpg

In the evening I took a stroll among some tombstones in the historic Bothell Cemetery. Many of the town's founders are burried here. It's so easy to get caught up in the things that affect our lives that we forget how good things really are. The people burried here are war veterans, pioneers and homesteaders. They were here when there was nothing and built a town that we still enjoy almost 150 years later. Lead a good life because at the end of the day, only the shadow of your tombstone will bear witness to the time you spent as more than simple dust.
